I'm a full-stack software developer at INFORM in the Fraud Prevention division.
Previously I finished my master's degree studying Technomathematics at the Fachhochschule Aachen.
I love building things with code. You'll find my games on itch.io, open source contributions on GitHub, and answers helping fellow developers on StackOverflow. I also enjoy coding competitions on Codingame and tinkering with hardware like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and ESP32.
My main languages are Java and Python, but I'm also proficient in Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, C, C#, Go, Fortran, Bash ... and probably some others I've forgotten about. :P
My current projects include working on my next game "Avalon", following the completion of Legend of Asamnir 2: Rise of the Chaos Wizard a while ago. I'm also exploring how AI tools can enhance development workflows - this website was even designed with help from Claude Code!
A story-rich adventure RPG featuring Thorin, a dwarf fighting through the Nine Realms to defeat the Chaos Wizard. Expect bad jokes, epic boss battles, and heroic dwarves with anger issues.
A full-stack web application for playing Go (Weiqi/Baduk) with real-time multiplayer gameplay and enforced game rules. Built with Claude Code using Quarkus and React.
A resource-tracking planning tool for strategic board games like Terra Mystica and Gaia Project. Plan turns and simulate resource management strategies before executing them in actual gameplay.
